Breakfast casserole
Place bread in a lightly buttered 9 x 13 pan
Sprinkle cheeses over bread - top with green chiles
In a bowl whisk eggs and remaining ingredients; pour over cheese
Cover and refrigerate 8-10 hours
Remove from refrigerator and let sit 30 minutes
Heat oven to 325
Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 50 minutes
Serve immediately. Casserole will puff up while baking and then settle as it cools.
Serve with salsa, sour cream or guacamole.
