In a 6 quart soup pot, heat oil, brown chicken. Add onion, garlic, chicken broth, cilantro, green taco sauce, salsa blend, black pepper, jalapeno peppers, flour and salt, stir. Bring to a boil, cover pot, lower heat, simmer 45 minutes or until chicken is tender. Stir in green chiles, simmer an additional 20 minutes.
