Suggest a better descriptionSoak red chili and garlic cloves in hot water for 10 mins and grind it into smooth paste. In a small bowl add besan flour, red chili and garlic paste, turmeric powder, lime juice, food color and salt. Mix well and break an egg into it, mix once again to form a smooth paste. Marinade the fish slices in this mixture for at least half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry these fish slices until crisp. Serve hot.
