Great black bean chili and it is healthy.
Cook turkey in large skillet over medium heat until brown. Drain. Heat oil in skillet over med heat. Add onion & garlic, saute 7 minutes. Add all other spices and cook 1 minute. Add turkey, beans, water, & prunes. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
