Suggest a better descriptionIn saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and garlic to pan; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add tomatoes, water, vinegar, chili powder, molasses, brown sugar, oregano, cumin, coriander, pepper and salt; bring to boil, scraping up browned bits. Stir in chocolate until melted.
Place brisket in roasting pan; pour sauce over top, turning to coat. Cover and cook in 325 F oven until tender, about 3 1/2 hours. Remove from pan and tent with foil; let stand for 10 minutes.
Slice across the grain. Serve with sauce.
