1. Brown beef or chicken in pot
2. Add onion, bell pepper and cook till onions are lightly browned
3. Add garlic and cook until opaque
4. Add remainder of ingredients(check seasoning) and set on P06-35 min-leave on hold for abt 1 hr
5. adjust salt to taste
If you use ground turkey, you will need to add some olive oil in the initial browning stage.
