Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 425.Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish Combine baking mix,mustard and water in small mixing bowl. Stir until dough forms. With fingertips dipped in baking mix,press dough into the bottom and up the sides of prepared dish.Set aside.Quarter hot dogs by cutting in half lengthwise and again crosswise.Place hot dogs on dough.
