Brown beef with garlic, chili pepper, pepper and salt. Add in diced tomatos and mushrooms and saute with the beef for a few minutes. Add in Kidney beans and Pork and beans (If you can find pork and beans in a maple syrop base then delete the 1/4 cup maple syrop) Add in maple syrop, chili mix , stir and reduce to a simmer for about 20 minutes. This is great with fresh cornbread and honey.
