Sauté meat in 2 tablespoons of salad oil in skillet (or use non-stick skillet} or until lightly browned
Add 2 cups of liquid to meat (can of Stewed Tomatoes topped off with water plus another can of water)
Add Kidney Beans (you can substitute this with Chili Beans and leave out the chili powder
Bring to boil; then stir in 1 1/3 cups of Minute Rice
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 5 minutes
Just before serving, stir in flavor additions and season to taste with salt and pepper
You can also sauté a Bell Pepper or Onion in with the meat for added color and flavor but not necessary
Makes 4 to 5 cups or about 4 servings
