1 preheat broiler or cast iron skillet
2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; brush half of the mixture over fillets
3. Place fillets, skin side down on a baking sheet ( or in a preheated cast iron skillet)
4. Broil fish for 5 minutes (or pan fry). Brush on remaining chili sauce. Broil 2 more minutes until fish flakes
