Over med high heat in a large pan (I used a stove top griddle pan) add a couple tablespoons of EVOO and place lobster flesh down. Add 4 tablespoons of butter let melt and add minced garlic chili powder, lime zest and juice. Add cilantro and salt, pepper to taste. Add shrimp to the pan and place in oven for 5 minutes.
Boil angel hair pasta according to the directions, about 5-6 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and toss in the pasta.
