Chili Mac & Cheese
1. Chop onion
2. Cook ground turkey and onion until meat is browned (about 10 min) drain fat
3. Stir in 1 1/4 cup tomato sauce, 2 TBS Green Chilies, 2 TBS Chili Powder, 1 TSP Cumin and bring to boil
4. Stir in 1 cup pasta and 1 can kidney beans
5. Return to boil
6. Reduce heat and cover until macaroni is tender (about 15 minutes)
7. Top with Parmesan cheese
