Cook pasta according to package directions. Over medium heat, melt butter in large saute pan. Add jalapenos, garlic and tomatillos to pan and saute for 3-4 minutes. Add cilantro, wine, lime juice, salt and pepper. Simmer sauce for 2-3 minutes and toss in hot Chili Pepper Pasta. Mix well and portion in bowls. Top with romano cheese and serve.
