Add beef broth and tomato paste, float peppers on top. Bring to boil.
Add below, stir, and simmer for 30 minutes:
kidney beans
stewed tomatoes
corn
worchestershire
light brown sugar
cornstarch
Half container of hot chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Add the below, simmer for 1 hour
Remainder of hot chili powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp oregano
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp ground cumin
Slice peppers down side, drain inside juices, scrape if desired for extra heat
Add the below, simmer for 30 min or until at desired consistency
1 tbsp ground cumin
1 shallot, diced
Serve over rice, pasta, or alone topped with cheese
