Suggest a better descriptionCook sausage and hamburger meat until browned and drain. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Set aside. Line 8 inch square baking dish with half the chilies. Top with 1- 1/2 cups cheese then meat mixture, ending with remaining chilies. Beat eggs and flour until smooth, add milk, salt and hot sauce; beat well. Pour over mixture and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into dish comes out clean.
