2. Preheat Oven to 375o.
3. Beat Half and Half with Eggs and Flour until smooth.
4. Split open Chilis; Rinse and Drain on paper towels.
5. Mix Cheeses, Reserve ½ Cup.
6. Alternate layers of Cheese, Chilis, and Egg Mixture in the Casserole.
7. Pour Tomato Sauce over top; sprinkle with Reserved Cheese.
8. Bake for 1 Hour or until Firmly Set in Center.
