Teri's chili with dried beans.
Cover the beans with water, make sure they are well covered. Soak overnight. The next morning drain and rinse beans. Put them in a large crockpot cover with water and cook on low for eight hours. I just cook them until I get home for the day. Drain and rinse again. Cook the ground beef. Put the ground beef, beans, chili seasoning and whatever the seasoning pack says back in the crockpot. Stir well and turn on high. Cook for another hour or two. Serve with cheese, fritos, tortilla chips or anything else you like.
