from my cousin Kristi LaCour - slightly sweet and mildly spicy, this is great plain or over spaghetti, with grated cheese and chopped onions on top.
Brown ground beef and drain. Add chopped onions and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cook on low to medium heat for 30 min. or longer. This also cooks well in a crock pot on low all day.
Notes: The original recipe is pretty mild. If you want to spice it up, substitute a can of Rotel for the diced tomatoes, and then add cayenne pepper to taste.
