Chili with beans
Heat oil over medium to low heat. Add minced garlic and sautee for about a minute. Add the onions, peppers and dry seasonings. Add 2-4 tbsp water. Sautee onions and peppers over medium heat till they begin to soften(about 5-10 mins). Add ground beef and brown. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and beans. Bring to a boil. Simmer until desired consistency(approximately 10-20 mins).
