Cook ground beef, onion, and garlic, season with salt.
Drain grease. I use paper towels
Add all other ingredients.
I add some water to the bean cans to get the flavor off sides.
Add water depending how soupy you like it. I just taste and add seasoning at the end if needed.
I top with cheese, diced onion, and fritos. As desired.
