Brown ground beef, onion & bell pepper in skillet. Drain. In crock-pot, combine tomato sauce, pinto beans, chili beans & salsa. Add beef mixture. Cook on high 3 to 4 hours. (note: use the salsa to judge how hot you want the chili to be.)
