Suggest a better descriptionBrown meat with oil and seasonings (salt, pepper, onion, garlic). After meat is browned, lower heat and add chili powder - mix in thoroughly. Add in flour - mix in thoroughly and quickly (mixture will start to thicken and become dry). Add in tomato sauce with enough water to equal 2 cups and worcestershire.
Let simmer on medium low for about 20-30 minutes.
