Suggest a better description1. Combine butter and flour in a food processor, process until well mixed. 2. Add monterey jack chhese, chili peppers and garlic powder, process until well mixed. 3. Form dough into 3/4 inch balls, roll in parmesan cheese. 4. Place on a greased baking sheets and bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
