Combine cooked couscous, black beans,corn ,zucchini,,celery,green onion, cilantro,avocado, and feta in a large bowl. Toss until evenly mixed.
Add lime juice, vinegar and seasonings . Stir until mixed well.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
Chill for about an hour before serving.
Note: I used rice wine vinegar in place of red wine and also added about 1/2 tsp of Mexican oregano,
I have seen variations of this recipe using basil, parsley and oregano.
