Refreshing
In 3 qt saucepan combine berries, water , sugar, cinnamon stick, and ground cloves. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, simmer uncovered for about 5 min. Or till most of the berries have popped. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and orange peel. Cool, cover and chill for 4 to 24 hrs. Before serving, remove cinnamon stick. Top with orange curl and mint. 1cup per person.
