Suggest a better descriptionAdd onion and garlic to a non-stick saucepan with a little water and saute for 2-3 minutes. Add mince and brown. Add kidney beans, capsicum, tomato puree, tomato paste, chilli powder, water, beef stock and pepper together. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes or until liquid evaporates. Serve with Rice.
