this dipping sauce is great with steamboat.
1. Mixed together chilly sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil. Bring to a boil. Adjust taste.
2. Cool, add minced garlic and blend well.
3. Transfer to a bowl add chopped coriander leaves.
4. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seed just before serve.
