For steak: heat grill pan over medium heat for 5 min. As pan heats, rub steak w/ salt. Place steak in pan and cook for 6-8 mins (or until grill marks). Turn over, cook for 6-8 min (155 degrees F). Cut steak, thinly sliced.
For salsa: mix ingredients together. Spoon 3 tbs salsa over steak (evenly. Let stand for 10 mins.
For salad: chop lettuce and cut tomatoes 1/2 lengthwise.
Toss all together. Enjoy
