Nice oriental salad with great dressing
Mix shredded Napa Cabbage and chopped green onions and chill.
Use small amount of margarine to toast sesame seeds, almonds and noodles until brown. Be careful not to burn. Let cool to room temperature then toss with chilled greens.
In saute pan, vinegar and sugar until disolved completely. add oil and soy sauce and stir continually to mix well while bringing to a boil. Boil for about 1 minute being sure all ingredients have mixed together. Cool and toss dressing over salad not more than 1/2 hour before serving.
