Suggest a better description1. In a shallow dish just large enough to hold the chicken in one layer, combine the soy sauce, sherry, sugar, garlic, ginger and cayenne. 2. Add the chicken, cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 3. Preheat broiler or grill. THread chicken onto thin skewers. 4. Broil or grill about 4 inches from the heat for 2 minutes. Turn and broil 2 minutes longer until cooked through. 5. Transfer to a serving platter. 6. Serve hot with toothpicks for spearing.
