In a large plastic bag, place broken ramen noodles, removing flavor packet break into 1/4" pieces. In a small bowl empty contents of ramen flavor packet, vinegar, oil, sugar,and pepper. Mix well.
Add slaw, chicken, almonds, and green onions to the plastic bag. Mix well. Add dressing to bag. Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes turning periodically.
