In large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, slivered almonds, sunflower seeds and noodles from Ramen Noodle Soup package.
In small bowl, combine vegetable oil, rice vinegar, sugar, salt and seasoning packet from Romaine Noodle package. Mix well.
Just before serving, pour oil mixture on cabbage mixture and toss to coat.
