Ginger- garlic fried shrimp, Chinese style
Heat up the oil on a frying pan.
Fry chopped ginger, spring onion and garlic. Throw in shrimp and fry until colour has changed.
Pour in soy sauce, alcohol and chili.
Serve with lemon juice.
