Suggest a better descriptionMix all marinade ingredients together. Pierce tenderloin with a fork all over and pour marinade over it and refrigerate overnight. Cook on rack and cover loosely with foil. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes and then remove foil and bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes (internal temp 165-170). Brush with reserved marinade a couple of times while baking. Cool slightly and then slice thin crosswise. Serve with toasted sesame seeds and hot mustard (just use dry mustard spice and add enough water to make a paste).
