Suggest a better description1. Beat sugar with Crisco and eggs until light. Blend in all remaining ingredients except chips. Blend 2 mins more or until smooth and creamy. Blend in 1 cups chips. 2. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 375F for 15-20 mins until tester comes clean. Cool. 3. For frosting. Combine sugar, butter and milk and blend well. Add food colouring to desired colour.
