Cook rice (Uncle Ben's) 1 1/3 cup rice and 2 cups water, cook 10 minutes.
Cook lentils 1 cup and 1 1/2 cup water, cook 10 minutes.
In a food processor, mulch up vegetable, garlic, eggs, meat. Mix all ingredients together.
Spoon into lightly oiled oversized-cupcake pans.
Bake at 350° F. for about 45 minutes. Freeze what you are not going to use in 5 days. This makes about 4 dozen larger-size cupcakes.
