Place shortbread biscuits almond meal and 50 grams of the almonds in thermomix and process until chopped finely, place in a large bowl.
Place butter, sugar and almond spread in small saucepan and stir and cook until combined, then mix in with crumb mixture. Spread into prepared pan. Chill 30 mins
Place chocolate and oil in bowl over simmering water and melt. Add remaining almond kernels and mix. Pour over chilled base. Chill 2 hours. Slice and serve or store in airtight container
