Preheat oven to 180 celsius.
Put all of the filling ingredients into a food processor and pulse until finely chopped but not turning into a paste.
Lay one sheet of filo on the bench. Brush half the sheet with melted butter and sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of filling. Fold the unbuttered half over the filling. Brush with butter. Roll up filo from the short end and cut into 3 x 7 cm cigars. Place on a lined baking tray. Repeat with remaining sheets of filo.
Bake for 8 - 10 min until golden.
Dust with icing sugar.
