Much better than shop bought and so easy to make
Set oven to 190*c
Combine everything except the eggs in a large bowl.
Gradually add the eggs and mix to a strong dough.
Divide the dough into three forming into sausage like logs about 20 x 4 cm
Bake for 20 minutes
Wait until cool enough to handle and slice 1cm thick on the diagonal
Lay out on a baking tray and bake for a further 10 mins turning over after 5 mins
Cool on a rack.
