Stir in the melted chocolate and mixed nuts and fold in 3/4 of the cream. Spoon the chocolate and nut mixture into the pastry case. Whip the remaining cream until thick enough to pipe and use to decorate the flan along with the chocolate leaves. NOTES : A delicious quick desert for chocolate fans!
