Tasts as good as or better than regular chocolate pudding and is relatively better for you. Also really quick and easy.

1. Place all ingredients into bowl of a food processor and whirl until perfectly smooth.
Add more milk if too thick.
2. Taste and add more maple syrup, if desired. Pudding is ready to eat immediately but tastes better when very cold. Chill at least 2 hours.
