Combine the dough ingredients. Start with the Sweet program, 1-1/2 lb. loaf.
When the paddle signal sounds, press stop to pause. (Don't hold it too long, or it will stop and you won't be able to restart it.) Roll to 1/4" thickness. Sprinkle with filling. Wrap dough back into a cylinder. Pinch the top and bottom edges around the middle edges. Put back in bread pan without paddle. Unpause machine.
As soon as the cycle completes, brush with glaze and optionally remaining filling.
