Bananas and chocolate chips in pancakes
Beat eggs. Using spatula, fold ingredients just until blended. Fold in chopped banana. Let it rest for 5 minutes.Pour by somewhat heaping 1/4 capfuls onto hot griddle (use cooking spray). Add 1 T. Chips to each pancake. Cook till edges are dry, flip.
