Stir until chocolate is completly melted.Pour into bowl and press plasticwrap directly on surface; cool. Yields about 4 cups filling Chocolate Glaze: 1 4oz Chocolate bar 1 Tablespoon water Melt chocolate in double boiler, or microwave;stir to blend, add more water if it is to thick.
