Suggest a better descriptionIf using a pre-made crust will want to bake it 10-12 mins at 450 before filling to insure it cooks completely.
Mix the butter, syrup and sugar in a saucepan over low heat till sugar desolved. Allow to mostly cool before mixing.
Mix the eggs, vanilla, bourbon, and salt.
Mix the sugar into the egg mixture slowly with whisk.
Mix in pecans followed by chocolate chips. (May melt if still too warm, won’t effect outcome much)
Pour into pie crust and bake 325 convection for 55mins.
Allow to fully cool and refrigerate overnight.
