Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Beat 4 minutes (Batter will be thick.) Fold in chocolate chips. Bake in a greased & floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Cool in pan 10-15 minutes. Turn out on wire rack or serving plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
