Mix pudding and milk in pan. Pour cake mix into pan. Stir thoroughly and pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Cover with chocolate chips, nuts and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Carmels can also be melted and mixed in also, if desired. Pretty easy! Very moist cake!
