Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt - it'll take about 90 seconds in the microwave, stopping every 30 to give it a mix
Spoon in the sour cream and mix well
You may have to add slightly more/less sour cream, you want the mixture to hold its shape if you stir it (this way it shouldn't slip down a cake)
**If you would prefer the filling to go really solid (for topping a cake) add more chocolate, if you would prefer it to stay soft and creamy, add more sour cream
