Butter mug. Add flour, sugar, cocoa, salt to mug, stir. Add milk, oil, vanilla, chips into mug and stir to combine. Microwave on high until cake rises slightly and does not look wet, about 1 to 2 minutes. Let rest for 5 minutes before eating.
