Two nine inch rounds or 3 eight inch rounds.
Bake @ 350 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Frosting (2 cakes)
2 sticks of softened butter
2 lbs. powered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
Mix on high for 2 minutes
